Consultations

Submitting a consultation request does not create a confirmed booking. Appointments are confirmed by our atelier after review of your request and availability. Consultation times are held in the website timezone.

Commissions

• Lead times, fitting schedules and delivery dates are confirmed individually for each commission.
• Measurements, fabric choices and design details are recorded and agreed before production begins.
• Payment terms and deposits are set out in your commission confirmation.
